Shipping:
Shipping and handling charges are based on total of order. All US orders over $100 are shipped FREE. See chart.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Important Note about
packages being shipped outside of the US:
We cannot be responsible for lost and misdirected
mail. We will be happy to send your package with insurance if you desire.
You can add insurance to your order during the checkout procedure. The cost of insurance is $2.50 per $100.
Also
pertaining to international orders, some items may include additional
shipping charges depending upon weight.

of our hand-dyed fabrics are prepared 'per order', please allow up to a
10 business day for processing of your order before shipment.

Our return policy:
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. We want you to be perfectly pleased with your
purchase. We have the following policy in place to assist you with any possible
returns:
Please inspect your order upon arrival for missing or incorrect items. Although
we strive to deliver every order quickly and accurately, mistakes do occasionally
happen.
Please email us to notify us of any missing or incorrect items so that we can
correct our mistake.
We understand that computer monitors vary widely and fabrics may not appear
in person as they do on the screen. If your fabric is not what you expected
or will not work for your project, please email us within 14 days of order
receipt to arrange for a return.
We recommend sending any returns via Delivery Confirmation mail.
We must receive an email from you prior to any returns.
Returned items must be in
re-saleable condition.
We must have proof of purchase on file for any returns.
**No refunds or exchanges on "Solos" fabrics**
Items that are included in Fabric of the Month shipments,
random assortments, or any other promotional packaging will be exchanged
for the same fabric type/count/color only. Example: If fabric has a flaw/imperfection,
we will exchange that fabric for another of the same. These items are not
exchangeable
for other colors.
Grab bags and/or contents are non-returnable.
Once again, please email us within 14 days of receipt of order for any concerns.
