Whether you prefer linen, evenweave or aida, we have something to fit most everyone's stitching needs. Each piece will be individually cut, packaged and labeled.

All options are our choice of count (28 or 32 count) unless otherwise specified. Our "Wish List" option is perfect for stitchers wanting to choose specific fabric types and counts.
We hand select a wonderful variety of colors and mail them to you around a particular time of each month.
FOTM members also have access to "members only" specials!
There is a $3 joining fee (which will be reflected in your shopping cart when you join).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens after I have signed up?
The shopping cart will reflect your $3 joining fee. Once we have received your order, within 2-3 days you will receive a welcome letter from us which will include your start date. If you have opted for PayPal payment and your option and your shipment is scheduled within the next week, we will send you a PP money request.
Where do I submit my Wish List?
You can send in your new list, add to you list or replace your list here.
How do I send my customized list?
We have a form for you to send it located here that will let you make a choice for each month of the year.
I will be paying by PayPal. Do I pay the $3 joining fee now? That's up to you. You may pay it now, or we can add it to your first invoice.
When will your subscription
start?
If you join within
10 days after the shipping schedule, we will start your membership immediately
if possible. You will receive a 'welcome letter' including your expected
first shipment date.
If you join after 10
days following the scheduled shipping date, your membership will begin with
the next month's package.
For example: If the
scheduled shipping date for your option is the 10th of the month, and you
join on the 15th, we will send out your first packet immediately (assuming
we have extras). If you join on the 30th, we will hold your membership and
begin it with the next month.
What payment methods are available?
Option 1: Visa/MC/American Express - If we have your credit card
on file, you will be billed on the designated day of each month and your
assortment will automatically be sent to you. It's that easy!
Option 2: PayPal - If you choose to use your PayPal account, you will
receive an electronic invoice appoximately 3-7 days before scheduled shipment
date. See schedule above.
We ask that this be paid within 5 days of receipt of the invoice. If you have
a delay, just let us know.
How much is shipping each month? US shipping is included in the price listed above. Canada shipments will be an additional $1 and all other countries will be an additional $4 (added to the price above).
What happens if my payment is late? If you know there will be an issue with your payment arriving on time, please just drop us an email so that we can hold a package for you. If we have not received your payment by the time our shipment is processed, we may apply your payment to the following month if no packages are available in your option. We only dye a limited amount of "extras" and new members may get these packages if your payment has not arrived, unless you have contacted us. This includes late paypal payments and declined credit cards.
Can I change my option? You may change options at no charge at any time by emailing
us at Silkweaver Fabrics of
the Month. Depending upon shipping dates, you may receive 2 packages
within one month when changing options. We must receive all changes by
5 days prior to your scheduled shipping date.
How do I cancel? You may cancel your membership
at any time by emailing us at Silkweaver
Fabrics of the Month. We must receive your notice by the 5th of the
month to cancel shipment for that particular month.
A word about
duplicates: As these fabrics are especially planned for Club
members, each member will receive the same assortment each month. By
planning the fabrics this way, we can assure you that you will not receive
any duplicate fabrics for at least a 12-month period within a given option.
If you change options, or cancel and rejoin the same option in the future,
duplicates could also occur.
